Surviving B-School: 360°创才实景班

This module is designed to enhance your knowledge of using holistic and in-depth business skills. Throughout the module, you will be expected to:

• Be able to pick up a set of financial statements and understand where the numbers came from
• Understand the financial measurements, calculations, and reports used internally by an organization to make a variety of business decisions
• Understand overall firm management from the finance perspective of maximizing wealth within the constraints of legal and ethical behavior
• Gain an understanding of the relationships between financial markets and the price of credit
• Acquire the knowledge of the role of financial statements in both managing firms and analyzing firms
• Be able to compute the value of cash flows
• Gain an understanding of firms’ use of stocks and bonds and the determinants of stock and bond value
• Understand the relationship between risk and return
• Obtain knowledge of the purpose and mechanics of project analysis and the importance of cost of capital
• Learn about the strategic importance of marketing to an enterprise.
